When I started going to therapy I was diagnosed with social anxiety. Which if I told some of my friends this they would laugh because I am the outgoing one. I am the girl that loves to talk, but what they did not know is that I would think of a situation before I even was in the situation. I’d agonize over scenarios that were not even real.
