Life is beautiful, but it can also be sad. This is why you need tactics at the ready to help cheer you up! Creating a Happy List is essential! The search for happiness starts here! It is an adventure every single day. Keeping your mindset positive is an absolute must!
I also know that the task is easier said than done.
STEP 1 TO CREATING A HAPPY LIST
Let me scream notebooks at the top of my lungs…just kidding, but seriously notebooks are one of my guilty pleasures. I buy way too many of them if I am being honest with myself.

STEP 2 COLORS ARE EVERYTHING
When writing out a happy list, go all out. Use colored pencils, markers, pens! Whatever gets your boat floating. Go crazy, THIS list is to inspire you! Get your happy on.

STEP 3 CREATE THE HAPPY LIST
Get writing. Use those creative juices that you didn’t know you had. Create Happy. Breathe Happy. Become Happy. To give you some ideas, here is my happy list. xoxo.
♥ Take the hottest Bubble Bath with some scented candles, and oils.
♥ Lather Yourself Head to Toe in Body Butter
♥Get dressed up! Do your hair and makeup and taking selfies!
♥ Take an adventure! Get in your car, flip a coin. If the coin lands on heads turn right, tails turn left. Set a limit like 75 coin flips and see where you end up!
♥ Do something for yourself!! Buy that top, get that coffee, take that nap!
Most importantly don’t feel guilty for doing something for yourself!
♥ Make a cup of coffee and feel how warm the mug is in your hands. Smell the coffee. Taste the coffee. Enjoy the coffee. Use your favorite Coffee Mug, here is mine!
♥ Think of something you love to do or something you used to love to do and do it!
♥ Make a phone call and talk to someone you love. Enjoy the closeness a conversation can bring.
♥ Remember when you were a teenager and you made a mixtape/CD? Some of you might be too young for that. What I am saying though is to create a playlist of all the songs that make you happy and just let yourself feel the music. Sing and dance!
♥ Make a list, a list of your choosing. What you are going to do for the day, or for the week. Sometimes a list will make you feel prepared for what is to come and can lower your anxiety. You need to always make room for a change, in case things do not go your way.
